Even the best academic background, a diploma of the most prestigious university, all exams passed with flying colours might be not enough to convince potential employers to one’s job application. The more and more commonly appreciated and attention-grabbing part of the graduate’s resume is work experience gained during studies or right after the graduation. The space industry, with all its innovativeness as well as multidisciplinary inclination, is a kind of environment where taking part in ‘real-life’ projects, facing not some theoretical, but hands-on challenges is crucial for building trust and gaining recognition even at the start of one’s career.
